Delivery Information
For deliveries to the UK Mainland Other than Ranges & Stoves: For orders up to £99.99 there will be a charge of £4.99 for delivery. For Orders £100 and over delivery is free.
For deliveries to the Channel Islands and Ireland: For all orders to the Channel Islands and Ireland there will be a charge of £10.00
We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly: All orders received will be despatched within 2 working days wherever possible subject to availability. Payment is taken at time of order, In the event of any items being out of stock we will inform you and give you an estimated delivery date or offer the option to exchange or refund.
Delivery will be to a UK or Channel Islands address only. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over, and if no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the goods will be retained by the driver.
Notification of the attempt to deliver will be left by the delivery company. Failure to organise redelivery or collection of the goods from a local collection point will result in the goods being returned to us.
Please note that delivery can take place any time up to 5.30 p.m., we are unable to offer timed deliveries.
Returns Policy
If goods are damaged in transit please notify us immediately by telephoning our Customer Support Department on 01432 355924. A customer advisor will be able to take your call Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.00pm or Saturday 10.30am until 4.30pm. Please note that this call can be recorded for security and training purposes. Alternatively you can e-mail us on sales@twyford-cookers.com
Please have your order confirmation number available at the time of telephoning. Any refunds given will be made to your credit card account. Under no circumstances will a cheque, credit note or cash be issued by way of refund.
